PAYMENTS - ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS are accepted. When you place a credit card order, an authorization for the order is obtained. The actual amount charged may be less than the authorization, as we may apply any discount or credits that are applicable to the order after we receive it. Your billing name and address must match the credit card, as this is where your order will be shipped. Your information is stored in a secure file.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS we carry high quality lines of Fashion Jewellery, Costume, Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver, Supplies, Displays, Components and more. The stones are AAA Grade Cubic Zirconia or Top Grade Crystal primarily. Most of the Jewelry is higher end fashion jewelry that is plated with 10 to 24kt Heavy Gold plate (HGE) over Jeweler’s Metal, Stainless Steel or Sterling Silver. Many items have 100 mils of gold or more. Most of the jewelry is nickel free with prong and/or channel set stones, including Swarovski Austrian Crystal Stones, Crystals, Cubic Zirconia and CZ. Sterling silver or genuine stones will be noted in the jewelry description. Some of the lower end jewelry may be of a slightly lesser quality; however, they are still excellent products. Gram weights are approximate and are for the entire piece including stones. Weights may vary from piece to piece slightly.

CARE AND WARRANTY with proper care, you will be assured of long term enjoyment with our costume jewelry. It should never come in contact with chemicals and should be treated with care, and periodically cleaned to maintain its fine appearance. Do not use any commercial jewelry solutions or cleaners on electroplated and man made products as it may damage them, instead simply use a damp, soft cloth to remove any dirt smudges. It should not come in contact with sea water, soap or cosmetics. This jewelry seldom discolors when cared for properly but if this occurs, it may be due to a rare PH Factor of certain skin types and the acid in these bodies may react chemically with the metal. If you still have an issue after proper care of the jewelry, request RA #, to return the item for repair or replacement; which ever is deemed appropriate by us.

RETURN POLICY all claims must be made within 7 days receipt of shipment via e-mail. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain a Return Authorization number (RA #), e-mail: designerjewelry@att.net Returned jewelry must reach us within 15 days of invoice date (International orders have 20 days to return). There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns except manufacturer defective merchandise. Any missing or damaged merchandise must be reported in writing within 2 days of receipt of jewelry. Jewelry that has been resold and worn or abused will not be considered for replacement or credit. All credits will be applied to future orders. Make sure you put the RA # on the outside of the box and a copy of the jewelry invoice inside. Custom made or special order jewelry is not returnable. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
