Placing a wholesale jewelry order is simple - Just follow these 9 steps for easy shopping
1. Please sign up for an account by registering with us. If you have not already created an account. Click on Contact Us / Registration to do so, in the upper right hand corner.
2. Once you find the jewelry that you would like to purchase, click on to it, and enter How many you want and Customize Your Order by Size or Colors offered, than click on to Add To Cart. If you are not ready to submit your order use the Wish List as your information will be available to you when you are ready to place your order. Orders not submitted have a limited time and will not hold in the system; so use the Wish List. After adding the desired items to the cart click on to: Shop For More or Go To Check Out.
3. When you click on Go To Check Out Enter your E-mail Address, than click on proceed
4. Enter your Billing Information and Shipping Information
5. Select Payment Information
6. Enter Coupon Code and any Instructions in the Comment / Other box, before you click NEXT
7. Select Shipping Method
8. Enter Payment Information
9. Finish Order

We offer discounts for higher volume purchases. Please visit DISCOUNTS top of each page for the promotions and specials’ also see Free Jewelry Discounts Coupons Promotion, lower left of each page. You can sign up for our e-mails and news letters when you check out.
4. Do you ship internationally?
We ship world wide via UPS. Please see Shipping top of each page for details.
5. When will I receive my package?
Please click on to Order Tracking top of each page and enter your e-mail address. If you ship via UPS and have put your e-mail address your shipping label you will receive an e-mail with tracking the day your order ships. Orders in by 11:00 est. are often shipped the same day.
6. What if an item is not received? We will ship out all available inventories. Items that are not received may be out-of-stock or on back order at the time of purchase, if these items are still desired on back order, please place a Special Order for desired quantities
7. What if an item is defective?
We provide free repair or replacement for merchandise with manufacture defects. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
8. How come the amount charged doesn't match my order?
We only charge for shipped and back ordered items that are shown on your invoice. If the amount is less than the order, an item may be out-of-stock. If your order is to a residential address and you did not select it when you checked out, your packaged is over size or weights more than the free shipping provides you may see an additional charge.
9. Why can't I pay with credit card?
For international customers, we reserve the right to approve credit card transactions. Credit card payments may be approved after the customer has an established an order history with us.
10. What is a CVV2 code?
CVV2 (Card Verification Value) Code is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. Visa & Master cards have last digits codes and American Express has a 3 digit code, they are on the back of the card.
11. Do you accept payments by PayPal?
PayPal payments are accepted, we will send an invoice via PayPal after your order has been submitted through our website.
12. Do you have a warranty on your jewelry? Can I return an item? We provide free repair or replacement service for merchandise with manufacturer defects within 2 weeks of receipt. No exchanges or repairs will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence.
13. Where do I enter a coupon?
After entering your Payment Information during check out enter CODES in the Comment / Other Section before you select NEXT. (*Note: Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers including free or reduced shipping. Only one coupon per order) Discounts will be applied to orders after we receive them and before it ships. If you have selected 12 or more of the exact item, same size, same color your discount will show after you put the item in your cart and click recalculate or go to check out if it applies.
14. How do we edit or remove products from the shopping cart?
To edit products just change number (if more than minimum) and to remove a product from the cart click on to the Trash Can, and click Recalculate.
